Clamp Connector
The TCS 3-piece clamp connection system is a fully integrated connector product complete with hubs, clamp, and alignment structures in a simple, efficient package. The TCS clamp requires only a standard API torque tool to make up the lead screw and preload the TEX gasket. The torque bucket is equipped with a simple turn count indicator and mechanical secondary lock.
The clamp housing and softland cylinder are incorporated into the outboard alignment structure to save space, simplify packaging and streamline installation. The alignment structure features the pull down/lift tool interface and windows to facilitate subsea seal change. The TCS clamp connector is available in three sizes and has been qualified to accept a range of gaskets up to 18” ID with sufficient structural capacity to support large jumpers with pipe sizes up to 22”.

Dual Bore Connector
The Dual Bore TCS is a modular flow access solution that utilizes Trendsetter’s field proven connector and sealing technology. While multibore technology has long existed, Trendsetter has improved on the design to make it viable for HPHT applications. Leveraging Trendsetter’s HPHT capabilities, the Dual Bore TCS family offers multiple configurations for service up to 15,000psi and 400F. Rigorous research and development ensured that the technology is equipped to handle the harshest subsea environments.
With the ability to equip the connectors with true dual 3”, 5” and 7” bores, the Dual Bore TCS is a robust and versatile foundation for Flowmeter Modules, High Integrity Pressure Protection Systems and other connector mounted packages, something no other multibore connector in the industry can do. Like the award winning TCS, the Dual Bore TCS is designed and manufactured in the Houston, Texas to ensure exceptional quality control and project responsiveness.

Small-Bore Collet Connector
The TC2 Connector is a collet latched, subsea installable and recoverable vertical and horizontal connector that was developed with direct industry feedback regarding the complications and lessons learned associated with legacy 2” style connectors. The connector is capable of being terminated to a flexible flying lead via an industry standard API flange, 4-bolt hub style connection or equivalent. The TC2 Connector is suited for gas lift applications, hydrate remediations, and high flow chemical injection with metal-to-metal sealing that provides a robust alternative to hot stabs.
Customers want to ensure that a dependable seal is made and for that the TC2 Connector is equipped with a back-seal (external seal) test circuit that uses a standard API 17H ROV hot stab to operate. This feature allows the operator to verify the pressure integrity of Trendsetter’s proprietary TEX-2 gasket immediately after subsea installation of the flexible flying lead by using a small volume of test fluid provided by the ROV.

TC11 Hydraulic Connector
The TC11 Hydraulic Connector is a collet latched, subsea installable and recoverable vertical connector that was developed with intervention operations in mind. The TC11 offers simple, efficient design based on three main principles: robustness, reliability, simplicity. These principles make the TC11 Intervention Connector the ideal connector for subsea deployment and intervention operations.
Safety is at the forefront with a self-locking, flat-to-flat collet design and a high-angle release for emergency disconnect. The hydraulically operated connector features an internal secondary hydraulic piston capable of delivering 30% greater unlocking force than the locking force.
To ensure a dependable seal is made, the TC11 Intervention Connector is utilizes the field proven TEX metal sealing gasket. The connector features backseal test capability to verify sealing prior to the full bore test saving time during system deployment. This fully qualified design was tested to rigorous standards allowing for up to 20,000psi and 350°F. With an industry standard 13-5/8" 15K and 20K API flange interfaces, the TC11 is easily integrated into subsea intervention systems in either a funnel up or funnel down configuration.
