BOPA

The BOP Adapter Assembly (BOPA) provides configuration flexibility, accommodating various wellhead and tree profiles while maintaining a consistent upper mandrel/hub. This design ensures that the rig’s well control package remains unchanged, effectively reducing risk and saving valuable downtime. This is particularly beneficial during multi-well campaigns, where efficiency and reliability are paramount. Additionally, the BOPA can be configured to allow for mating of subsea trees and wellheads from different OEMs with non-compatible interfaces, further enhancing its versatility.

Connectors/Mandrels/Caps

Trendsetter offers a wide range of 18-3/4” 10K & 15K Wellhead Mandrels and Connectors with both studded and flange interfaces for rent or for sale.

Debris Caps

Trendsetter's Debris Caps are designed for 18-3/4” 10K and 15K Mandrels. Debris Caps are used for both surface and subsea applications and include add-ons such as Cathodic Protection Anodes (for long term installation) and an API 17H Hot Stab Interface for Chemical Injection.

Controls

Subsea Accumulator Module (SAM):

Trendsetter has as a standard product, a subsea accumulator module built to API Control System specifications that can be modified adhoc to provide individual clients with custom-built equipment specific to their individual needs.

Our accumulators are designed to operate in depths up to 3,000 meters and to function BOP rams (among other uses).

As added flexibility, the accumulator modules can come equipped to be either ROV operated and/or controlled remotely via acoustics. A unique feature being that some units can be refilled subsea using ROV without the need of a down hose line.

HFL Deployment Frame:

Trendsetter's inventory includes a variety of hoses with industry standard end connections for making subsea interfaces. To deploy these hydraulic flying leads, Trendsetter also offers an HFL Deployment Frame with features that include:

With a mobile workstation, technicians will have a solid workspace to ensure the focus needed to find solutions is there.

With both padeye and forklift interfaces, the Trendsetter Workshop Container offers a mobile solution that is available wherever you need it to be.

Jumper Fabrication Stands:

• Utilizes gimbal mechanism for quick adjustments to desired hub pitch and tilt

• Optional extension base to quickly facilitate a higher hub position

• Up to 8 degrees of adjustment
