Ron Downing

Ron Downing is an accomplished business leader with extensive expertise in business management, product development, and strategic growth. As the President of Trendsetter Engineering since 2014, Ron oversees the implementation of the company's strategic initiatives, guiding the organization towards sustainable success and innovation in the energy sector.

Since joining Trendsetter in 2010, Ron has held key roles, including Executive Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales, where he successfully led business development, sales, rentals, and vital areas such as legal, quality, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management. His leadership in these roles has been instrumental in driving Trendsetter's growth and establishing the company as a trusted name in the industry.

Before his tenure at Trendsetter, Ron excelled across diverse fields, including finance, sales, investment management, and retail and commercial banking. His background in these areas provides a solid foundation for his strategic vision and operational expertise.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Master of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, equipping him with both the academic and practical skills to lead in today’s competitive market.
