Antony Matson

As Vice President of Projects, Tony is responsible for leading the company’s Project Management and execution teams. Tony’s experience has enabled him to align various departments within Trendsetter to successfully execute work in a timely fashion for our clients.  As a Project Manager, Tony has successfully delivered multiple high visibility projects for key clients, often on tight schedules. Since joining Trendsetter, he has developed and implemented fundamental processes to improve project performance and consistency of execution.

Tony has 10 years’ experience in oil and gas concentrated in project execution and management positions.  Tony joined Trendsetter in 2012 as Project Controls Lead, Tony was then promoted to Project Manager in 2013 and to his current role as Vice President of Projects in 2018.  Prior work experience includes downstream petrochemical construction for a major EPC contractor and automotive manufacturing. Tony earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Kettering University in Flint, Michigan.
