TEI is a small engineering company and therefore does not have its own HSE program. However. for the last 12 very successful years, TEI has been performing engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning services as part of various integration project teams for various Clients. TEI Contractors abide by the same safety manuals as their Clients’ employees adhere to and comply with all necessary requirements with regard to health, safety and environment. This includes attending all safety seminars and undergoing rigorous training, which may include:
- Emergency helicopter safety and egress training
- Vaccination programs
- Job safety procedure
- Standard safety procedure
- Standard personnel protection equipment
- Overhead lift precautions
- System pressurization precautions
- Working at heights precautions
- Dropped objects precautions
- Heavy lift precautions
- Fire drills
To date, TEI has had zero lost time injuries, zero OSHA reportable incidents, and has experienced zero environmental damage incidents. Furthermore, TEI has also recorded zero near misses.
